There is a lot of variables that come into selling land and the amount of money you want to make on it. Flushing out the reasons you are selling will help me provide the best service possible to you. These things always come up in negotiations and the more I know about your goals the better I can perform. Our goal is for you to end up with the BEST deal for YOU. So, I want you to ask yourself, "Why am I selling?". Make sure you let me know on the form you fill out or during our first call.
Here are some things that are important for me to know from a tactical standpoint:
- Is there an external force that is making you sell and do you need to sell quickly?
- Do you just want to see what you can get?
- Do you have a 1031 you need to set up?
- Are you trying to buy a different property with these finds?
- Is this a family or trust sale?
- What is the most important factor for you?
