Finding Your Property

Step 1: We will start with a parameter search that is similar to what your price range and properties goals are. I put people in 3 different groups.

Step 2: Identify What Type of buyer you are:

1. Tier 1 - I want to buy ASAP:
   1. I will go over the available properties weekly with a screen recording using our mapping softwares and cost simulation process to give my opinion of each property in a digital overview. If there are no new properties in your search I will reach out via email or phone call to update you on the search.
   2. We will schedule weekly property visits that I can attend alone or with you depending on your availability.
   3. We will be ready to act and be aggressive as properties become available. 
2. Tier 2 - I am serious but I want to find the right property and I am not in that much of a hurry:
   1. Within 5 days of your request I will go over the available properties with a screen recording using our mapping softwares and cost simulation process to give my opinion of each property in a digital overview.
   2. Bi-Weekly updates and video overviews of new properties.
   3. You will be added to our index of buyers and when we have an off market deal come available you will get access to it. 
   4. I will have a solid comprehension of your needs and if I see a property that I think fits your needs really well I will reach out to you directly.
3. Tier 3 - I am Just window shopping:
   1. Within 5 days of your request I will go over the available properties with a screen recording using our mapping softwares and cost simulation process to give my opinion of each property in a digital overview.
   2. You will be set up with a notification system that will alert you whenever a property becomes available. You will reach out to me when you see something that you want to act on.
   3. You will be added to our index of buyers and when we have an off market deal come available you will get access to it. 
   4. I will have a solid comprehension of your needs and if I see a property that I think fits your needs really well I will reach out to you directly.
